Dressify lets you upload a photo and generate AI-edited images with different costumes and outfits. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for the images you upload. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any photo or outfit image you submit, and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party. Do not upload images of other people without their consent, or any content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful imagery, or to impersonate others. We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and underlying software are owned by the developer. Generated images based on your own uploads are yours to use, subject to these terms and applicable law.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may be inaccurate or unexpected. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
